We got in a car accident, they said 2-3 days to get our money. 3 days passed, so we called Angie's office and they said that they do not know anything about our car we have to call claims. Claims said it will be 3-5 days more days. Waited, heard nothing. Went into Angie's office and they called claims, said it would still be longer. Now it's been 10 business days, and still no answer about if the car will be totaled or how much they will give us. Angie and Lois in the office are nice enough, but no help getting information about our car or getting anything done. So we are out $500 while we rent rental cars, and no one from State Farms cares or does anything to speed up the process."

"Received an unsolicited phone call for car insurance (I was shopping online and apparently my info was sold immediately). I told them I didn't want to work with State Farm because of the ridiculous amount of mail I get from them no matter how many calls to stop. Why would I buy anything from a company that can't respect a request to stop mailing me advertisements for a service I didn't need? Joshua was so sure he could get me a lower rate than I was quoted by Progressive, I let him try. $90 a month more, wasted 10 minutes of my time, and then tried to make excuses and tell me that State Farm wasn't usually cheaper because they were better. I was explicit in what was looking for and he was as deaf to his customers at the company as a whole."

"Angie mapp will delete one of your vehicles off your policy without your knowledge, when confronted she will deny any fault or knowledge. Its too bad she inherited my policy and got rid of all the original staff based on discrimination, i fired here as soon as i could, wish i could give -4 stars"
